L & I Contracting and Consulting is a quickly growing company with extensive expertise in its field.  L & I is a Canadian owned company serving various sectors of the construction industry in Southern Ontario. One of our core specialties is the restoration of high rise residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. L & I also specializes in concrete restoration and prides itself in completing projects which exceed all client expectations. L & I has been formed with some of the top professionals in the construction industry. Our skilled management team works hand-in-hand with our front line skilled personnel to provide the highest level of quality and satisfaction.

Lauro Santini, owner and president of L & I, has been actively working in the field for over 30 years and has conrtibuted his vast knowledge to growing a strong reliable company. Lauro's’ experience spans from hands on field work in the creation of many Toronto high rises such as the TD tower, to managing countless successful projects such as The Rogers Centre formerly known as The SkyDome. Lauro has also started and managed successful companies in Halifax, Ottawa and many international projects in Italy, Philadelphia and Saudi Arabia to mention few.​ Over the past few years he and his team have successfully completed projects for Halcrow Yolles, T.C.H.C., R.A.B. Properties, The City of Toronto and Colliers International to name a few.
